Banana with [N.A!] Fruit and Chocolate Pear Bread

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

2. Mash the bananas with a fork and put to one side

3. Mix the flour with the bicarbonate and the salt in a bowl

4. In another bowl, cream the butter with the sugar

5. Add the eggs one at a time and pour in the milk and the vanilla extract

6. Add the mashed banana

7. Incorporate the flour, salt and bicarbonate mixture, stirring all the time

8. Add the N.A! Fruit and Chocolate Pear chips, mix and turn into a cake mould in silicon or spread onto baking parchment

9. Bake in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes. Check that it is properly cooked. The tip of a knife should come out dry and clea

10. Allow to cool completely on a grill before eating

1 egg

2 really ripe bananas

140 g of flour

Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

60 g of soft butter

100 g of brown sugar

6 cl of soy milk

1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

1½ pouches of N.A! Fruit and Chocolate pear

A pinch of salt
