Easy
1. In a bowl, mix your dry ingredients: rice and chesnut flour, almond meal, baking powder, coconut sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
2. Add the [N.A!] plant drink of your choice, we recommend our original almond drink. Stir in the rest of the wet ingredients: the olive oil and the juice.
3. Pour the batter in a silicone cake mould and cover with orange slices.
4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180°C/350°F in a pre-heated oven. Let cool to ease slicing and enjoy!

200g rice flour
70g chesnut flour
50g almond meal
3 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
270ml [N.A!] plant drink
60ml olive oil
60ml blood orange juice
